rezone .85 acres from the RA (Rural Areas) to the 32 (Business General) District. The subject acreage
is located in the northwestern quadrant at the intersection of North Frederick Pike (Route 522 N) and
Burnt Church Road (Route 678), and is identified by Property Identification Number 42 -A -81 in the
Gainesboro Magisterial District.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend this public hearing. A copy of
the application will be available for review at the Handley Library and the Bowman Library the week
of the hearing, or at the Department of Planning and Development located at 107 North Kent Street in
