Overlay) District. This property is located at the southwest corner of Route 839 and Valley Pike (Route
11 S) in Kernstown, south of Route 37, and is identified with Property identification Number 75A -6 -I3-
4113 in the Back Creek Magisterial District.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend this public hearing. A copy of
