If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call Memorandum Previously, you've reviewed plans for a new restaurant at the southwest intersection of U.S. Route 11 and VA Route 839. Outback is pursuing a rezoning to be included in the interchange overlay zone for the I -81 and VA Route 37 interchange. This will allow Outback to erect a 63 ft. high sign visible from the interstate. I've enclosed a copy of the application, your specific comment sheet and detail of the sign and its location on the site. Please provide comments to my attention. We are trying to meet a June 11 submission deadline at the County. We believe this rezoning has Little to no impact on existing infrastructure and hope your responses can be completed quickly. Your assistance in this regard would be appreciated.
