to rezone 1.965 acres from RA (Rural Areas) District to B2 (Business General) District. This property
is located south and adjacent to Clearbrook Presbyterian Church on the east side of Martinsburg Pike
(Route I 1 N), surrounded to the east and south by Clearbrook Park, and is identified with Property
Identification Number 33 -A -162 in the Stonewall Magisterial District.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend this public hearing. A copy of
the application will be available for review at the Handley Library and the Bowman Library the week
of the hearing, or at the Department of Planning and Development located at 107 North Kent Street in
