.78 acres from RP (Residential Performance) District to B2 (Business General) District. This property
is located east of Winchester and north of Route 50, on the ease side of Tulane Drive, behind the former
Hardee's Restaurant, and is identified by Property Identification Number(s) 64A -2 -12 and 64A -2 -13,
in the Shawnee Magisterial District.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend this public hearing. A copy of
the application will be available for review at the Handley Library and the Bowman Library the week
of the hearing, or at the Department of Planning and Development located at 107 North Kent Street in
