On behalf of the Frederick County Board of Supervisors, you are hereby notified of a public hearing being held
on Wednesday, May 12, 2004, at 7:15 p.m. in the Board Room of the Frederick County Administration
Building at 107 North Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia to consider the following application:
Rezoning #04 -04 of Bean Property, submitted by Greenway Engineering, to rezone five (5.0) acres from
RA (Rural Areas) District to RP (Residential Performance) District. This property is located on Bean's Pond
Lane, approximately 1z mile north of Senseny Road. The site adjoins the Lynnhaven and Sovereign Village
Subdivisions, and is identified by Property Identification Number (PIN) 55 -A -208, in the Red Bud Magisterial
District.'
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend this public hearing. A copy of the
application will be available for review at the Handley Library and the Bowman Library the week of the
hearing, or at the Department of Planning and Development located at 107 North Kent Street in Winchester,
