VA 22602 Re: Review Comments for Site Plan #09 -12; M &H Plastics Building Addition Property Identification Number (PIN): 54 -A -36K Dear Jeremy: Planning Staff has reviewed the above - referenced site plan to determine if administrative approval can be granted. At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff's comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. / Review Comments =,Photometric The consolidation of parcel 36K and 36A needs to be recorded an be approved. A photometric plan needs to be included with this site plan. 3. Parking Spaces. Sheet 2 shows a total of 75 parking spaces, but the site plan shows 77. 4. EX* tin Drivewa Provide the legal reference for the ROW for the existing access of nt. vm Detail. Provide a detail for the concrete paving (parking and drive aisles). Shrubs. Evergreen shrubs (parking lot screening) need to be added as indicated on sheet 8. 7. Existing Trees. Indicate if any existing trees are being removed with this addition. If so they need to be accounted for in the new landscaping. Landscaping Notes.
