Dear Jeremy:
The above - referenced site plan was approved on May 29, 2012. The site plan is approved for
revisions to site Plan 420-11, which was approved for the construction of a new 7.696 square
foot industrial sales and service facility for foodservice equipment located on Airport Road in
the Airport Business Center in the Shawnee Magisterial District.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved
site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am
providing you with two (2) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to
the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be
kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site
throughout the development process. Once site development is complete, the owner(s)
should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. Do not hesitate to contact me if
you have any questions.

I left out a couple things:
- We eliminated sheet 4 and 5 showing the details of Rain Garden / bio Retention, and instead we are utilizing
Filterra structure 3 see sheet 6 and 7.
- We have amended the original land disturbance permit for additional clearing on borrow pit area and Public
works has approved the amended Land Disturbance Permit.

I just want to inform you, Donna of Greenway is putting the submission package and will submit the plan shortly today.
The overall revision reflected as follow
- Entrance Relocation for join share entrance with the adjacent property, this will eliminate another proposed
entrance (by adjacent property) on this Airport Road
- Proposed borrow pit area at the adjacent property to construct this join share entrance, MTS and adjacent
property owner had worked out the agreement for thisjoin entrance including the borrow pit area. As soon as
the plat is recorded we will provide county a copy of this document for your file record.
- All the changes above were coordinated with both VDOT and FCSA, and we have submitted the plan revision to
both agencies for their review and approval. See approval letter or approved stamp on plan revision cover sheet.
Per your email below, we are submitting this plan as minor site plan revision including the fee check in the amount
$500.00. Should you have any question please feel free to contact us. Thank you

I don't see any issues with the revision, however it will need to be submitted as a minor site plan revision.

At the moment we had an approval from Public works including the amended Land disturbance permit for
additional clearing on borrow pit area
Sanitation inspector had approved all proposed storm sewer revision in relation to their existing sewer FM and
water line. Earl Wiley is in process reviewing the revised plan for his approval
Met with VDOT on Tuesday at the site to go over with revision and pavement milling area, we have submitted
the revised plan per what agreed at the site meeting and waiting on their approval.
Once we got all agencies approval lastly we will submit to you for final plan revision approval.
Question: see attached grading plan:
1. In the future the owner have an intention to do building expansion to the right toward turn around area.
2. Because of that we are relocating the trash dumpster 10 feet back.
3. With building expansion, we will re configure the parking area toward access material area for additional
required parking spaces.
4. To save cost, would you allow us to stop the CG -7 as shown on PDF? The runoff will be sheet flow to open space
and we will eliminate the sump pit area.
5. Considering the future building expansion, this proposed CG -7 will be remove and eliminated during building
expansion. If we can stop the proposed CG -7 at shown on the plan, the owner can save at least minimum
$3000.00.
Please advise. Your help in any way to save money is greatly appreciated.
