Dear Ms. Perkins:
The comments from the County of Frederick Planning and Development Department regarding
the above - referenced project have been appropriately addressed on the revised plansi that accom-
pany this letter. The comments have been addressed as follows:
1. Parking Note. The note has been revised accordingly.
2. Approved Site Plans. The parking area depicted on SP# 09 -11 has been included in this
site plan and the calculations have been revised accordingly.
3. Minimum Landscaped Area. The additional impervious areas associated with the paved
additions have been added and the open space calculations have been revised accordingly.
4. Surveyed Boundaries. The latest boundary plat has been added to sheet five (5).
All comments have been addressed completely and as requested by the reviewers. \Ve are re-
questing the County please review the revised plans for compliance as soon as possible and ad-
vice me as to your satisfaction for approval. I

Planning Staff has reviewed the above - referenced site plan to determine if administrati
can be granted. At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is
the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been
addressed. Please review Staffs comments listed below and then prepare a revised site
adequately addresses each concern.

1. Parking Note. Revise the parking note as indicated on the coversheet.
2. Approved Site Plans. A site plan was approved in 2011 for a parking expansion along
Baker Lane that is not reflected on this site plan (SP# 09 -11).
3. Minimum Landscaped Area. The minimum landscaped area needs to be revised to
incorporate the additional impervious surface associated with the parking addition.
4. Surveyed Boundaries. The surveyed boundaries of 54 -A -97B and 54 -7 -3 are unchear on the
site plan.
After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit one copy so that I may verify the information
contained on the plan. I will need all approved review agency comment sheets and at least five
copies of the final plan for approval. Comment sheets are required from the following agencies: the
Frederick County Inspections Department and the Frederick County Fire Marshal.
