The above - referenced site plan was approved on February 6, 2012. The site plan is apps
addition of security planters located at the main building entrance as well as the reloca
handicap accessible parking spaces. This site is located at 255 Fort Collier Road in the
Industrial Park in the Stonewall Magisterial District.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approve(
including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am providing you w
copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate repres
Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an app;
must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site devc
complete, the owner(s) should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. Do not
contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Dear Ms. Perkins:
The following represents Triad Engineering, Inc. responses to your comments via e
dated January 19, 2012, concerning the TAD Security Upgrades Site Plan. Review
comments are shown in bold italics. We are responding on a point -by -point basis tc
correlate with your comments.
1. On the cover sheet, reference the approved site plans for the property (41 03,
06 -10). The previously approved site plans are referenced on the cover sheet (see
sheet C -01).
2. On sheet C -02, revised the maximum building height to 60'. The maximum
building height is revised to 60' (see note #11, sheet C -02).
3. On the existing conditions sheet, the dumpster pad that was added needs to
be shown. The dumpster pad located at the northeast parking area is added to the
plan (see sheet C -03). i
4. Agency approvals are required from: Inspections and the Fire Marshal.
Request for site plan comments sheets depicting approval are included from
Inspections and the Fire Marshal.
Please find the attached revised Site Plan for your review. We have included a total of
six (6) sets for review and subsequent approval. If you have any questions, please 6n't
