The site plan is apps addition of security planters located at the main building entrance as well as the reloca handicap accessible parking spaces. This site is located at 255 Fort Collier Road in the Industrial Park in the Stonewall Magisterial District. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approve( including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am providing you w copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate repres Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an app; must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Review comments are shown in bold italics. We are responding on a point -by -point basis tc correlate with your comments. 1. On the cover sheet, reference the approved site plans for the property (41 03, 06 -10). The previously approved site plans are referenced on the cover sheet (see sheet C -01). 2. On sheet C -02, revised the maximum building height to 60'. The maximum building height is revised to 60' (see note #11, sheet C -02). 3. On the existing conditions sheet, the dumpster pad that was added needs to be shown. The dumpster pad located at the northeast parking area is added to the plan (see sheet C -03). i 4. Agency approvals are required from: Inspections and the Fire Marshal. Request for site plan comments sheets depicting approval are included from Inspections and the Fire Marshal.
