The site plan is approved for a 32 square foot guard shack located at Sunshine's Pride facility on North Cameron Street in the Stonewall Magisterial District. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all review agencies. I am providing you with five copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. The existing surface is gravel parking lot. Only electric service will be extended to this building. Less than 0.10 acres will be disturbed by this improvement.
