Proposed restaurant (A- assembly use) and mechantile (M Use) strip mall shall meet height and area limited.to type ofconstruction and use per T503. Assembly area is required to be fully sprinklered and alarmed per Chapter 9, IBC 2006. Merchantile area shall be fully sprinklered or completely;separated from adjacent space per Sec 703 IBC 2006. Firewall may be required. Building shall meet ANSI A117.1 -03 for accessibility. Accessible parking spaces provided as required under T1106.1.
