I also understand that all required material will.be complete prior to the submission of my site plan. �n Si <Inaturej , /XLA �-�j��j (a?1lq Date: bo 0 NETWORK BUILDING & CONSULTING, LLC Over 25 years experience On behalf of Verizon Wireless, this request for Site Plan approval is submitted to Frederick County, Virginia for a proposed Verizon Wireless telecommunication facility on an existing 146 feet monopole located at 220 Imboden Drive, Winchester, VA. The proposed facility will consist adding of installing 12 antennas at height of 136 feet. Near the base of the monopole within the existing fenced area, there will be one 12'x20'xl0' equipment shelter and on backup generator on a 10'x4' concrete pad. Currently, Verizon Wireless has a building permit application into the County for the proposed facility and was informed by Mr. Mark Cheran, that our request also required a site plan approval. The proposed facility will be unmanned and will only require periodic routine maintenance visits by one technician to the site, no more than 4 -6 times per year and as required for emergencies. There will no offensive odor emitted by the equipment or antennas. There will no harmful emissions, nor electrical interference from the antennas. There will be no adverse impact to the use and development of the surrounding properties The size, scale and density of this proposal will not adversely impact the character of the area and as proposed; Verizon has designed this site so that the visual impacts of the have been minimized. Verizon Wireless will operate this facility in full compliance with federal, state and county ordinances. Verizon Wireless therefore respectfully request approval of this site plan application.
