The site plan is approved for an expansion of an existing telecommunication tower site located at 220 finboden Drive (Schrock Facility) in the Stonewall Magisterial District. This expansion includes the following: • Fifteen antennas mounted on the existing tower (does not increase height). • New 20' x 1 1' -7" equipment shelter and relocated evergreen plantings. • New propane tank and fence expansion (partial chain link and partial board -on- board). All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning .Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
