However, because the site does lie within the airspace of the airport, general notes should include that any temporary construction equipment, i.e. cranes, derricks, etc., that exceeds the 60' max height allowed by zoning for that site, would be required to be marked and/or lighted and lowered at night. This is a safety measure for the medevac operations that may travel through that area. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate contacting me.
