Airport Authority, our engineering company has reviewed the referenced proposed Site Plan for Golden Seal Enterprises and based on the information provided the proposal should not impact daily operations at the Winchester Regional Airport. The proposed site does lie within the traffic pattern of the airport therefore we are requesting the following conditions be included in the general notes: 1. Due to the close proximity of this site to the Winchester Regional Airport, we request that all outdoor lighting be a shielded type and amber in color such as the type of light produced by high-pressure sodium light fixtures. This is a safety measure to shield bright lights from approaching and departing aircraft from the south and southwest. 2. Outdoor burning should be prohibited and bmshldebris hauled off site. 3. Any construction equipment i.e. cranes, derricks, etc, that exceeds the height of the proposed structures, the operator will be required to file 7460 -2 with the Federal Aviation Administration for review and approval no less than thirty days prior to start of use with a copy forwarded to this office for record.
