2.16 acres from RA (Rural Areas) District to B2 (General Business) District, with proffers, for
Commercial Use. The property is located west and adjacent to Martinsburg Pike (Route 11),
approximately 1,000 feet south of the intersection of Route 11 and Stephenson Road and approximately
1,900 feet north of the intersection of Route 11 and Old Charlestown Road, in the Stonewall Magisterial
District, and is identified by Property Identification Number 44B- 1 -12D.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend the public hearing. A copy of
the applications will be available for review at the Handley Library and the Bowman Library the week
