Administration Building at 107 North Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia to consider the following
application:
Rezoning 914 -08 of Sovereign Village, to revise proffers associated with Rezoning 415 -99, section
titled Recreation Center and applicable to 3.03 acre parcel. The proffer revisions propose modifications
to the Sovereign Village Recreation Center. The property is located at the southwestern corner of the
intersection of Rossmann and Farmington Boulevards in the Red Bud Magisterial District, and is
identified by Property Identification Number 65H- 13A -26A.
Any interested parties having questions or wishing to speak may attend the public hearing. A copy of
the applications will be available for review at the Handley Library and the Bowman Library the week
