This conveyance is Made subject to the following re- strictions, which restrictions are made covenants real running with the land, and are for the benefit of the remaining land of which the Grantors acquired possession under the said will of Isaac Stine, and which is located along U. S. Route 11, part of which land has .heretofore been conveyed in lots, and the remainer of which is still held by the Grantors. For the purpose of binding herself, her heirs, executors and assigns to these restrictions, the Grantee joins in this deed. 1.
