simple, all of that certain tract of land, together with all appurtenances there -
'. unto belonging, lying and being situate on the South side of U. S. Highway T 522,
in Stonewall Mpgisterial District, Frederick County, Virginia, containing 1.034
_acres, more particularly described by that certain plat and survey dated February
24, 1961, prepared by Lee A. Ebert, C.L.E., hereto attached and by this reference
made a part of this Deed, and being a part of the same property conveyed to the
said parties of the first part by deed of Ada W. Robinson, Widow, dated July
1960, and of record in the Clerk's office of the Circuit Carat of Frederick County
Virginia, in Deed Book page , to which deed and the references tiere
in, reference is made for a further description of the said property.
The said parties of the first part covenant that they have
the right to convey the said property; that the said property is free of any encum
brances; that the said party of the second part shall enjoy quiet possession to
said property and the said parties of the first part will execute such further
assurances of title as may be requisite.

March, 1964, by and between Robert G. Buckley and Dorothy C.
Buckley, his wife, Wade C. Emaa and Margaret M. Emmart, his
wife, and Ralph E. Slaughter and Mildred L. Slaughter, his wife,
parties of the first part; Vernon B. Unger and Frances A. Unger,
his wife, parties of the second part, and J.Kenneth Robinson,
Ray Robinson, Jr., and Flournoy L. Largent, Jr., Trustee,
parties of the third part.
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideratioi
of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
said parties of the first part do hereby grant and convey, with
general warranty of title, unto the said parties of the second
part, jointly, and as tenants by the entireties, in fee simple,
with the common law right of survivorship, all of that certain
tract or parcel of land, together with all rights, rights of way
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate
about three- fourths of a mile West of the City of Winchester,
a short distance South of U.S.Highway No. 522, in Stonewall
Magisterial District, Frederick County, Virginia, containing
37,500 square feet more or less, according to plat and survey of
Richard U. Goode, Certified Surveyor, prepared March 5, 1964,
hereto attached and made a part hereof as if fully incorporated
herein, being a portion of the real estate conveyed to Robert
G. Buckley, Wade C. Emmart and Ralph E. Slaughter, by Deed or
J.Kenneth Robinson, at al, dated September 24, 1962, of record
in the Clerk's office of the Circuit Court of Frederick County,

references therein, a reference is here made for a more
particular description of the property herein conveyed.
The said parties of the third part join in
the execution Of this Deed for the sole and express purpose
of releasing the herein described property from the lien of
that certain Deed of Trust dated September 26, 1962, of
record in the aforesaid Clerk's office in Deed Book 282 page
434, to secure certain indebtedness payable to J.Kenn.eth
Robinson and Ray Robinson, Jr.
The said parties of the first part covenant
that they have the right to convey said property; that the said
property is free of any encumbrances; that the said parties of
the second part shall enjoy quiet possession to said property,
and the said parties of the first part will execute such further
assurances of title as may be requisite.
