The amount of $50.00 was deposited in line item #3- 010- 019110 -0008 for the company named
below. The company had a deposit for one sign for Rezoning 402 -08 for Grove's Winchester
Harley- Davidson. The company has returned the sign and is therefore entitled to the return of
the deposit. You may pay this through the regular bill cycle.

Dear Ms. Perkins:
In response to your letter of February 6, 2008, below are remarks addressing each comment.
Item I - Special Limited Power of Attorney. Provide a power of attorney for the property
owners.
e Enclosed is an executed Special Limited Power of Attorney for Grove's
Winchester Harley Davidson, Inc. — Parking Lot Property.
!tear 2 - Proffer Statement. The proffer statement needs to be reviewed and approved by
the County Attorney. Please note that we have forwarded the proffer statement to
the County Attorney and will provide you with comments once received.
• Enclosed is a revised proffer statement which notes that the portion of the
property will only be accessed through the existing Harley Davidson
entrance on Independence Drive.
Item 3 - Site Access. The proffer should be revised to state that the portion of the property
will only he accessed through the existing Marley Davidson entrance on
Independence Drive.
• As stated above, I have enclosed a revised proffer statement with a
statement noting that the portion of the property will only be accessed
through the existing Harley Davidson entrance on Independence Drive.

Dear Joe:
I have had the opportunity to review the draft rezoning application for the Grove's Winchester
Harley Davison, Inc. — Parking Lot. This application seeks to rezone 0.2934 acres from the RA
(Rural Areas) District to the B2 (Business General) District. Staffs review comments are listed
below for your consideration.
1. Special Limited Power of Attorney. Provide a power of attorney for the property
owners.
2. Proffer Statement. The proffer statement needs to be reviewed and approved by the
County Attorney. Please note that we have forwarded the proffer statement to the County
Attorney and will provide you with comments once received.
3. Site Access. The proffer should be revised to state that the portion of the property will
only be accessed through the existing Harley Davidson entrance on Independence Drive.
