THIS DEED, made this _24 day of OLf46tr , 1985,
by and between ROBERT L. CAMPBELL EXECUTOR OP THE ESTATE OF
ELIZABETH L. CAMPBELL DECEASED, hereinafter called the Grantor,
and OAK RIDGE PROPERTIES INC., a Virginia Corporation,
called the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the aum of Ten
Dollars, ($10.00), and other valuable considerations paid the
Grantor by the Grantee on or before the delivery of this Deed,
the receipt of all of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor
hereby grants, sells and conveys, with Special Warranty unto the
Grantee, in fee simple, the following real estate, together with
all improvements and appurtenances thereto belonging but subject
to all easements and legally enforceable restrictions and
reservations of record affecting such realty:
All of that certain parcel of land containing
89.253 acres, fronting on the Eastern boundary Line
of Route No. 636, in Opequon Magisterial District,
Frederick County, Virginia, designated as Parcel
"B ", on a certain plat and survey of Lee A. Ebert,
C. L. S„ dated October 8, 1985, which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference, wherein
said realty is more particularly described. This
is a portion of the same realty which was conveyed
to Clarence N. Campbell and Elizabeth L. Campbell,
as tenants in common, by Deed from F. A. Clevenger,
at al, dated August 23, 1946, and recorded in the
Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Frederick
County, Virginia, in Deed Book 197, at Page 303.
Clarence Campbell died testate March 15, 1976,
and under the terms of his Will, recorded in said
Clerk's Office in Will Book 78, at Page 74, devised
said realty to Elizabeth L. Campbell. Iftizabeth
L. Campbell died testate in 1981, and under the
terms of her Will, recorded in said Clerk's Office
in Will Book Us at Page ,, she authorized and
empowered her 'Executor, the Grantor herein, to
sell said real estate.
