This is a portion of the same realty which was conveyed to Clarence N. Campbell and Elizabeth L. Campbell, as tenants in common, by Deed from F. A. Clevenger, at al, dated August 23, 1946, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia, in Deed Book 197, at Page 303. Clarence Campbell died testate March 15, 1976, and under the terms of his Will, recorded in said Clerk's Office in Will Book 78, at Page 74, devised said realty to Elizabeth L. Campbell. Iftizabeth L. Campbell died testate in 1981, and under the terms of her Will, recorded in said Clerk's Office in Will Book Us at Page ,, she authorized and empowered her 'Executor, the Grantor herein, to sell said real estate.
