MINUTES OF THE MEETING
_ of the
FREDERICK COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
Held in the County Office Building April 6, 1972
The Regular Meeting of the Frederick County Planning Commission was held in the
Supervisors Room of the County Office Building, Winchester, Virginia this day and was
called to order by the Chairman at 2:30 P.M.
PRESENT: James W. Golladay, Charles E. Bass, Maurice W. Perry, George Shanks,
Manuel C. DeHaven, Richard F. Madigan. Also, Don E. Krueger and
Roy Jennings.
ABSENT : Keith Williams and Elmer Venskoske.
The Chairman announed a quorum was present andthe purpose for the Meeting was to
elect officers for the next year.
Upon Mr. Shanks motion for reappointment nunc pro tunc effective March, 1972 seconded
by Mr. Madigan and passed; James W. Golladay was elected Chairman, Charles E. Bass
was elected Vice - Chairman and Don E. Krueger was appointed Secretary.
There being no further business to come before the Commission the Chairman adjourned
the formal Meeting and a work session on the Proposed Zoning Ordinace was begun.
