At a Special Meeting of the Frederick County
Planning Commission held in the Supervisor's Room over the
Frederick County Clerk's Office on the 27th day of December,
1967.
PRESENT: James Golladay, Charles Bass,
Elmer Venskoske, Belmont Fout, D. K. Russell, Joseph
A. Massie, Jr., and George B. Whitacre.
TOWN HOUSES - FRED L. GLAIZE, F AL - PETITION APPROVED
Upon motion duly made and seconded,
Be it resolved that the Commission approve
the Petition of Town Houses, and it now recommended to
the Frederick County Board of Supervisors.
The above resolution was passed.
GEORGE D. REYNOLDS COMPANY - PETITION DROPPED
Upon motion duly made and seconded,
No one having appeared in the above stated
petition, it is therefore dropped.
CITIES SERVICE OIL COMPANY - PETITION FOR REZONING - APPROVED
Upon motion duly made and seconded,
Be it resolved that the commission(: -.' approve
the Petition of Cities Service Oil Company, and it is
now recommended to the Frederick County Board of Supervisors.
The above resolution was pawed.

Upon motion duly made and seconded,
Be it resolved, that the commission approve
the Petition of W. H. Emmart, et al,= and it is now
recommended to the Frederick County Board of Supervisors.
The above resolution was passed.
COMPENSATION OF PLANNINU COMMISSION MEMBERST- INCREASE
on
A general discussion was had /an increase
in the pay of the planning commision. It was to be
brought before the Frederick County Board of Supervisors.
