PC_01-03-67_Meeting_MinutesMinutes of Meeting 14 Held January 3, 1967 At a meeting of the Frederick County Planning Commission held in the Supervisor's Room on the 3rd day of January, 1967. PRESENT: James Golliday, George Whitacre, Joseph A. Massie, Jr., Belmont Fout, D. K. Russell, Clinton L. Ritter, Charles Bass. Mr. Horace M. Hallett explained to the Planning Commission the establishing of a water and sewer authority for the County of Frederick, Virginia. A general discussion was had by the Planning Commission. Upon motion duly made and secortbd, the following resolution was adopted: Whereas, Grover Teets of Siler Route, Winchester, Virginia, Frederick County, died Janm ry 1, 1967, while serving as a member of the Frederick County Planning Commission; and Whereas, he was a devoted and loyal member of the Commission, giving freely of his time and effort; and Whereas, his loss will be felt keenly by all members of the Commission and the public. Now therefore, be it resolved by the Frederick County Planning Commission that we pause at this time to I -If- pay our humble respects to the memory of our beloved friend and that we send a copy of this resolution to his family to inform them of our sincere grief and this extends our condolences to them at this time of their great personal loss.
