At a meeting of the Frederick County Planning
Commission held in the Supervisor's Room on the 9th day
of December, 1966.
PRESENT: James Golliday, D. K. Russell,'Charles
Bass, Clinton Ritter, Joseph A. Massie, Jr. and George B.
Whitacre.
Upon motion duly made and secor&d,
The Planning Commission does approve the Variance
of said property lies within zoning area "A" and said
petition which requests an amendment or special exception
permitting the construction of an Animal Hospital a
10) distance of 1300 feet off of Route #50 West.
It is now to be referred to the Frederick County
Board of Supervisors for approval.
Upon motion duly made by Clinton Ritter and secor3ed
by D. K. Russell the following resolution was passed,
Be'c ;it resolved, that the Chairman of the Planning
Commission seek advice from Engineering firms concerning
the cost of making a survey of the County for the future
development of water and sewer services in accordance with
the requirements of Farmers Home Administration for grants to
Counties for such survey as outlined in FHA Instruction 442.7
