PC_09-07-66_Meeting_Minutes0 Minutes of Meeting Held September 7, 1966 At a meetir�ig of the Frederick County Planning Commission held in the Supervisor's Room on the 7th day of September, 1966. PRESENT: Charles E. Bass, D. K. Russell, Belmont Fout, James Golliday, Elmer Venskoske, Joseph A. Massie, Jr. and George B. Whitacre. The purpose of the meeting was in addition LEI to amending the Zoning Ordinance, a petition was presented by. T.- G. Adams and Rosalie F. Adams to subdivide said tract and to construct on the lots in said tract townhouses as set forth on a final plat of Tract A for Town Houses, Echo Village, located about 3u miles south of Winchester and just west of U. S. Highway No. 11, as surveyed and platted by Richard U. Goode, Certified Land Surveyor. ra ,S, On motion duly made and seconded, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission approves the application of T. G. and Rosalie F. Adams for amendment to Subdivision Ordinance to permit Town House Developments and division of Tract "A" Section 4 of Echo Village Subdivision and the same is recommended to the Board of Supervisors. Upon motion duly made and seconded, BE IT RESOLVED, that all those certain lots. fronting on Old Route 7 from Secondary Route 716 (Dodge Avenue) to Route 659 (Valley Mill Road) be zoned B -2. (Request made by E. B. Smith) P I Minutes of Meeting Held September 7, 1966 Lk. _ Upon motion duly made and seconded, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Buffalo Lick Road (Rt. 645) be zoned B -2 from U. S. Route 522 to lot #9 of Taylor Subdivision on the North side with a depth of 200 feet, and to lot #10 of the Lela Miller Subdivision on the South side with a depth of 300'.(This request was made by James Edward Wisecarver) The above motion was passed. Upon motion duly made and seconded, Be it resolved that the Stuart M. Perry, Inc. Quarry fronting on State Route 803 be Zoned Industrial General, about 507 Acres.(Request was made by Mr. Ebert) The above motion was passed. Upon motion duly made and seconded, BE IT RESOLVED, that all the land of Nat EiW I-1 Smith at Gainesboro, Virginia, which lies within 600 feet of the centerline of the VEPCO 500 KV power line from the common property line of Smith and Frank Fout on the west running eastwardly across Route #522 and 600 to the common property line of Smith and Arlie Crites on the East. Distance along power line 2135 feet and an even width of 1200 feet, be zoned Industrial Limited M -1. (Request by Nat Smith) The above motion was passed.
