At a meeting of the Frederick County Planning
Commission held in the Supervisor's Room on the 29th day of
June, 1966.
PRESENT: Elmer Venskoske, D. K. Russell, G. Grover
Teets, J. A. Massie, Jr., Belmont Fout, James Golliday, Clinton
Ritter, and George B. Whitacre.
The purpose of this meeting was to study the
Zoning Ordinance and Maps.
Upon motion duly made and second the Planning
Commission passed a resolution which would amend the Zoning
Ordinance as follows in the Sections listed below:
2 �2 Area Regulations - The minimum lot area
for permitted uses shall be Twenty thousand (20,000) square
feet or more. - (On Page 3 of Ordinance)
11 -7 -1 Area Requirements - For each mobile home
space, within a park having a central water and sewer system,
and designated to accommodate one (1) mobile home there shall
be provided two thousand (2,000) square feet of area or more
which shall front on an internal street, road, or right of way.
11 -7 -2 Width - Each mobile home space shall
have a minimum width of thirty (30) feet.

e above motion was made by Elmer Venskoske and
seconded by Belmont Fout and passed.

Upon motion of Clinton Ritter and seconded by
Belmont Fout the following resolution was passed.
Be it resolved that the Frederick County Zoning
Ordinance as printed and amended by pen this 29th day of June,
1966, be and the same, together with the maps, all prepared by
the Frederick County Planning Commission, be and the same is
hereby recommended to the Public at the Public Hearing to be
held „ Wednesday, July 6, 1966, at 1:00 P.M. at the Frederick
County Court House.
