PC_02-17-66_Meeting_MinutesMinutes of Meeting February 17, 1966 At a meeting of the Frederick County Planning Commission held in the Supervisor's Room on the 17th day of February, 1966. PRESENT: D. K. Russell, Belmont Fout, Elmer Venskoske, Clyde Heishman, Clinton Ritter, Charles Bass, Grover Teets, and James Golliday. The Chairman of the Planning Commission asked the members of the commission if it was their pleasure for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Secretary to remain the same. The commission agreed for the officers to be James Golliday, Chairman, Clyde Heishman, Vice Chairman, and George B. Whitacre, Secretary. The purpose of the meeting was for the i planning commission to recommend the changes made by the City of Winchester in the Frederick County Subdivision Ordinance. Upon motion of Grover Teets, and seconded by Belmont Fout, the Planning Commission passed the following resolution recommending the changes in the Frederick County Subdivision Ordinance as made by the City of Winchester, as follows: 1 - The definitions of Article II shall include the following: ENGINEER: An engineer licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. 2- Paragraph (a) onpage 9 shall be changed ,. as follows: ".....the Planning engineer of the City of Winchester, Virginia, shall confer withthe subdivision administrator of Frederick County........ I I I A motion was made and seconded for adjournment. A general discussion was had on the regular meeting time for the Planning Commission, and it was decided to meet as previously on the even month of each year on the first Wednesday.
