At the regular meeting of the Frederick County
Planning Commission held in the Frederick County Court
House on the 7th day of April, 1965.
PRESENT: James Golliday, Chairman, George B.
Whitacre, Secretary, Joseph A. Massie,Jr., Clyde
Heishman, Grover Teets, C. W. Franks, and Thomas E.
Hassen.
A delegation of W. W. Hunt, James L. Berry,
Mrs. W. R. Bierer, Mrs. J. Ralph Lewin, Mrs. Alva C.
Richards, Mrs. Harry G. Straw, Ruby Wingfield,
' Sara Belle Cather, W. R. Bierer, Charles C. Taylor,
W. Benton Snider, Jack Wingfield, C. I. Cather,
Mrs. Benton Snider, W. A. Johnston attorney for
Charles A. Pine, Sr., Alfred deMazzon, and Jeanne
deMazzon appeared before the planning commission:
objected to the Variance of Charles A. Pine as
advertised.
Mr. W. A. Johnston explained the reason for
the changing of the zoned area in that section on
Route ,#11 North. He also asked that the a section
of Part three of the vAniance in regard to used car
lot be removed.

Upon motion of Thomas E. Hassen and seconded
by Clyde Heishman the Planning Commission recommends
to the Board of Supervisors the granting of a Variance
for a Motel& Restaiurant,Combination,at °Automobile
Service Station to Charles A. Pine and Alfred deMazzon on
the land formerly known as York's Inn.
