10th day of August, 1964.

BUILDING PERMIT - WILLIAM H. NAGLEY
The following request of William H. Nagley was presented
to the Board for a permit as follows, to -wit:
P '• Y
Y ° The roof of this building, which has been constructed for
a number of years, is in dire need of repair. However.. I do
realize this Zoning required a $10,000.00 building, but since most
of his work will be done by me, I can keep the cost down to a
minimum of $7,000.00. This building will be block, brick and frame.
If permission for construction will be granted, it would certainly
improve the property appearance.
If I am allowed to build a roof only, the price involved
would be approximately one - fourth of the structure of the building.
Upon motion duly made and seconded the above request was
referredto the Planning Commission.
B. 0. BRUMBACK
Chair
