PC_05-26-64_Meeting_MinutesMinutes of Meeting Held .—, — A Public Meeting of the Frederick County May 26, 1964 Planning Commission, held in the Frederick County Court House on the 26th day of May, 1964. PRESENT: James Golliday, Clyde Heishman, and E. W. Adams. The members of the Frederick County Board of Supervisor's represented were: B. 0. Brumback, G. Grover Teets, and W. Hurl Himelright. Mr. Joseph A. Massie, Jr. introduced Mr. Marsh who is with the State Division of Industrial Planning who explained the Future Land Use Maps of Frederick County, Virginia. Upon motion of G. Grover Teets and seconded by Clyde Heishman the following resolution was approved. Be it resolved that the future land use map as presented at the public hearing in the Court House on May 26, 1964, be approved and certified to the Board of Supervisor's for their consideration and approval with the following changes: Elimination of the public school area shown on Virginia Secondary Road 656 and the proposed road from U. S. Route 50 South to Cedar Creek Grade Virginia Secondary Route 622 next to the Western City limits of Winchester and the proper indication of public school areas on the North side of Va. Secondary Road 657 and to the west of Virginia Secondary Road 739 at the end of Virginia Secondary Road 736. Respectfully submitted, J if lu Geo a B. Brumback, Chairman; Grover Teets, W. Hurl , Paul Luttrell and Donald L. Baughman. BUILDING PERMIT - WILLIAM H. NAGLEY The following request of William H. Nagley was presented to the Board for a permit as follows, to -wit: P '• Y � Y ° The roof of this building, which has been constructed for a number of years, is in dire need of repair. However.. I do realize this Zoning required a $10,000.00 building, but since most of his work will be done by me, I can keep the cost down to a minimum of $7,000.00. This building will be block, brick and frame. If permission for construction will be granted, it would certainly improve the property appearance. If I am allowed to build a roof only, the price involved would be approximately one - fourth of the structure of the building.
