MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE
FREDERICK COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
Held in the Board of Supervisors Room, November 13, 1974
PRESENT: Keith Williams, Chairman; Elmer Venskoske; Langdon Gordon;
James W. Golladay, Sr; Maurice Perry; Richard Madigan; Manuel
DeHaven; and Ronald Berg.
ABSENT : R. Wesley Williams.
CALL TO ORDER
The Chairman called the Meeting to Order and announced that
the first order of business was the A -95 Review.
i A -95 REVIEW
Mr. James Golladay brought to the Commission's attention
a letter from the Lord Fairfax Planning District Commission concerning
the proposed Park on Route 277.
Mr. Berg explained to the Members that a letter had been sent
to the Commission with the Minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting
along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission to the
Board of Supervisors.
LAND USE PLAN
The Chairman stated that the next order of business was to
discuss the proposed Land Use Plan. Following a lengthy discussion in
which numerous suggestions were made by the Members, it was decided that

Board for them to look over and make any recommendations they feel
necessary.
THERE BEING NOTHING FURTHER TO COME BEFORE THE COMMISSION,
THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED.
