Langdon Gordon, Chairman; Frank Brumback; Vice Chairman; Manuel C. DeHaven; James Golladay, Jr.; W. French Kirk; Elmer Venskoske ABSENT: Thomas Rosenberger; Herbert L. Sluder Board of Supervisors Capital Facilities Committee: PRESENT: R. Thomas Malcolm; S. Roger Koontz; J. 0. Renalds, III; Jim Boyd; Dickey Dick; Lawrence R. Ambrogi; Dorothy Keckley; George Whitacre; Esten Rudolph ABSENT: Carroll Mauck CALL TO ORDER C. Langdon Gordon, Chairman, called the meeting to order. Thomas Malcolm, Committee Chairman, gave background information on the creation of the Committee and their activity to date. He stated the committee had focused on the problem of new court facilities. Mr. Malcolm also stated that a joint feasibility study would be conducted with the City of Winchester. A discussion followed on the role of the Commission and the Capital Facilities Committee. The date of February 9, 1978 at 7:00 PM was announced for further discussion of this program.
