FREDERICK COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

CALL TO ORDER
The Chairman called the meeting to order. Discussion was held on Conditiomal.:c

Zoning. Mr. Rosenberger moved and Mr. Kirk seconded a motion, "ta adopt•.tite idea
of Conditional Zoning for a period of eighteen months_" The vote for

elude an expiration tine and clause for the Conditional Zoning Ordinance proposal_.

Conditional Zoning.

Mr. Berg fait that n -abers 1,3,and 7 should be considered priorities until a
new director of Planning and Development is appointed.

There being no further business a motion to adjourn was made by _ Golladay
and seconded by Mr. Kirk. The vote was unanimous and the Chairman adjourned tb--- -`
