Langdon Gordon, Chairman; Frank Brumback, Vice Chairman; Manuel- C_ .DeHaven; James Golladay, Jr.; W. French Kirk; Thomas Rosenberger; Elmer Venskoske CALL TO ORDER The Chairman called the meeting to order. Discussion was held on Conditiomal.:c - i Zoning. Mr. Rosenberger moved and Mr. Kirk seconded a motion, "ta adopt•.tite idea of Conditional Zoning for a period of eighteen months_" The vote for =t , was unanimous. The staff was directed to re area P P Proposed Amendmeut:P= the - Comprehensive Plan to be adopted. with Conditional Zoning stating that CnxEdi U 0 n a 1,... The staff was also directed to i-- elude an expiration tine and clause for the Conditional Zoning Ordinance proposal_. Mr. Brumback moved and tor.
