Frederick County administratively approved Master Development Plan #09-25 for the
Eddy’s Lane Subdivision on July 23, 2026.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been
addressed in the plan. I am providing you with a digitally approved final Master
Development Plan. Please ensure that these plans are distributed accordingly. If you would
