Upon review of the revised site plan dated March 2, 2026, Frederick County Public
Works recommends approval of the subject plan. Please be advised that a draft SWM/BMP
maintenance agreement with exhibits A, B, and C will be required with the land disturbance
application. (49.30 acres disturbed)
