Dear Property Owners,
This letter confirms approval of your administrative permit request for a short-term lodging (STL)
operation at 360 Hardwood Trail, Winchester, VA. The permit is approved for two (2) bedrooms
and up to four (4) guests. It is valid for a period of two years, through July 9, 2028.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the owner/operator to apply for a business license with
the Commissioner of the Revenue and to renew the STL administrative permit at the appropriate
time.
