Dear Mr. Pearson:
On behalf of Cline Manor VA LLC (the “Applicant”), this letter is the Applicant’s request that
the Board of Zoning Appeals hearing for VAR # 04-26 be deferred for an additional ninety (90)
days to the June 2026 Board hearing date. The deferral period is necessary in order to review
items relevant to the Board’s ultimate decision in the Applicant’s case.
The Applicant agrees that the time periods provided in Virginia Code § 15.2-2312 would toll for
the duration of the deferral period.
