March 20, 2026 Mike Artz 720 Artz Road Woodstock, VA 22664 VARIANCE REQUEST #06-26 PIN # 22-A-8A Dear Mr. Artz: This letter is to confirm that the above-referenced variance application was approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals at their meeting on March 17, 2026 The request on parcel identified by Property Identification Number 22-A-8A for a 13-foot variance to
a required 100-foot side yard setback which will result in a 87-foot side yard setback for a
dwelling. The property is located off Green Spring Road proceed north on Frog Hollow
then left on Peeper Lane at the top of the ridge, Winchester and is in the Gainesboro
Magisterial District.
