Frederick County administratively approved Master Development Plan #01-26 for D & M
Container Services on June 18, 2026.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance have been
addressed in the plan. I am providing you with an electronic copy of the approved final
Master Development Plan. Any additional hard copies requested for signature may be
picked up from the Planning Department office. Please ensure that these plans are
