Re: Review Comments Site Plan #06-26: I-81 Interchange

Dear Mr. Stowe:
The above-referenced project was submitted and accepted as a site plan by the Frederick
County Planning Department. Upon review, the submitted plan is an improvements plan
without a proposed structure or use and does not meet the requirements to be considered
either a site plan or master development plan. Therefore, review on this plan will be
suspended and a refund of the submitted application fee of $3,062.00 will be issued.
If you intend to install this improvement you may be able to directly obtain a Commercial
Entrance permit from VDOT as well as any necessary spacing waivers. Additionally,
ensure that Frederick County Public Works does not require any Erosion & Sediment or
Stormwater Management plan approvals prior to conducting work on the site.
