Upon review of the revised site plan dated February 12, 2026, Frederick County Public
Works recommends approval of the subject plan. Please be advised that a draft SWM/BMP
maintenance agreement with exhibits A and C and receipt of nutrient credit purchase (0.36 lbs.)
will be required with the land disturbance application. (2.0 acres disturbed)
