Dear Property Owners:
This letter is to confirm approval of your administrative permit request for a short-term
lodging (STL) operation at 570 Adams Road, Winchester, VA. The permit is approved for
three (3) bedrooms and up to six (6) guests. The permit is valid for a period of 2 years, or
until April 16, 2028. It is the responsibility of the owner/operator to also apply for a business
license through the Commissioner of Revenue, and to renew the STL administrative permit
at the appropriate time.
