REVOKING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #03-24
172 FIREHOUSE LANE LLC

WHEREAS, REVOCATION OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #03-24 for 172 Fire House LLC and
Barbara Singhas (A Cut Above) was considered due to the violation of condition #4 from Conditional Use
Permit #03-24, which pertains to receiving approval of a minor site plan prior to establishing the use. The
property is located at 171 Old Firehouse Lane, Winchester, and is identified with Property Identification
Number 52-A-287B in the Back Creek Magisterial District; and
WHEREAS, the Frederick County Planning Commission held a public hearing on this conditional use permit
on March 18, 2026, and recommended revocation; and
WHEREAS, the Frederick County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing on April 8, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Frederick County Board of Supervisors finds the revocation of this conditional use permit to
be in the best interest of the public health, safety, and welfare, and in conformance with the Comprehensive
Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Frederick County Board of Supervisors, that in accordance
with Chapter 165 of the Frederick County Code, Zoning, Conditional Use Permit #03-24 for 172 Firehouse Lane
LLC and Barbara Singhas (A Cut Above) for a landscape contracting business on the parcel identified with
Property Identification Number52-A-28 7B is revoked.
This ordinance shall be in effect on the date of adoption.
