Revocation of Conditional Use Permit #03-24 for (A Cut Above) 172 Fire House LLC and
Barbara Singhas. This Conditional Use Permit is proposed to be revoked due to violations of
condition #4 minor site plan from Conditional Use Permit #03-24 which pertain to minor site plan.
The property is located at 171 Old Firehouse Lane, Winchester and is identified with Property
Identification Number 52-A-287B in the Back Creek Magisterial District.
