This letter is to confirm the action taken by the Frederick County Board of Supervisors at
their meeting on April 8, 2026. The Board of Supervisors revoked the Conditional Use
Permit #03-24 because of a violation of condition #4 Minor Site Plan. The property is
located at 171 Old Fire House Lane, Winchester and is identified with Property
Identification Number 52-A-28713 in the Back Creek Magisterial District.
