The above-referenced application was approved to rezone 149.02+/- acre parcel from RA (Rural Areas) Zoning District to R4 (Residential Planned Community) Zoning District with proffers for the development of commercial and residential units. The property is located at 1702 Fairfax Pike, White Post in the Opequon Magisterial District. The proffer statement originally dated December 6, 2024, with final revision date of February 10, 2026, that was approved as part of this rezoning application is unique to the above referenced property and is binding regardless of ownership. Enclosed is a copy of the adopted proffer statement for your records. Pursuant to §165.102.06E, the County Attorney will present the written proffer to the Frederick County Clerk of Circuit Court for recordation.
