lies between Route 11 and Interstate Route 81 a short distance North of Route 669 in
Stonewall District, Frederick County, Virginia.
Beginning at an iron pin(found) in the Property Line of Route 11 and corner to
Rest Church. Thence with Rest Church N 600 07' 00" W - 152.42' to a post corner to Other
Land of Nicholson; Thence with the said Other Land N 570 05' 20" W - 132.22' to a highway
monument in the Property Line of Interstate Route 81; Thence with Interstate Route 81
N 320 57' 07" E - 133.71' to a highway monument; Thence N 320 34' 26" E - 100.52' to a
highway monument; Thence N 380 47' 47" E - 385.35' to an iron pin(set) corner to Other
Land of Nicholson; Thence with the said Other Land S 460 14' 45" E - 312.20' to an iron
pin(set) in the Property Line of Route 11; Thence with Route 11 a curve of Arc 555.00',
Radius 2914.86' and Chord S 390 15' 12" W - 554.16' to the point of beginning.

REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Highway Department - No objections to subdividing; however, should this land
develop, a permit must be applied for and approved before any work is done on
the State's right-ofway.

STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.
