PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Subdivide one 4.0 acre lot for commercial uses. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Highway Department - No objections to subdividing; however, should this land develop, a permit must be applied for and approved before any work is done on the State's right-ofway.
