Dear Property Owner:
This letter is to confirm approval of your administrative permit request for a short-term
lodging (STL) operation at 131 Cedar Hill Lane Clearbrook, VA. The permit is approved for
two (2) bedrooms and up to four (4) guests. The permit is valid for a period of 2-years, or
until November 6, 2027. It is the responsibility of the owner/operator to also apply for a
business license through the Commissioner of Revenue, and to renew the STL administrative
permit at the appropriate time.
