Dear Property Owner:
This letter is to confirm approval of your administrative permit request for a short-term
lodging (STL) operation at 4993 Middle Road Winchester, VA 22602. The permit is
approved for a total of two (2) bedrooms and up to five (5) guests. The permit is valid for a
period of 2-years, or until February 3, 2027. It is the responsibility of the owner/operator to
also apply for a business license through the Commissioner of Revenue, and to renew the
STL administrative permit at the appropriate time.
